Empire's 2008 Winter Alpaca Event

Arrive in time for Friday's workshops or come Friday evening in time for our friendly Friday evening Meet and Greet. Saturday morning will begin bright and early with breakfast, followed by the beginning of our Symposium Seminars and Fleece Event. Lunch will be provided for workshop participants and vet session attendees on Friday, and seminar participants on Saturday and Sunday.

The Saratoga Hotel & Conference Center is located in Saratoga Springs, New York, about 30 minutes north of Albany International Airport. The Saratoga is located on Broadway, the town’s main street, so it is convenient to dining, shopping and strolling around town. Visit www.thesaratogahotel.com for more information.

EAA has a 60 room block for the event at $109/night. The hotel blocks expire January 29, 2008, so make your reservations early. When making reservations, mention "Empire Alpaca Association" for the group rate. Telephone for reservations: 888-999-4711.

This event is very costly to produce (free seminar for vets, speakers, meals, workbooks, etc). The fees do not come close to covering the cost of putting on this event and we appreciate the support of sponsors who help underwrite the event. Be a platinum sponsor ($500) and get a full page color ad in the seminar workbook that will be used all weekend by the participants!

Cancellation policy: Winter weather in the Northeast is unpredictable so you must remember that when you sign up for the seminars and workshops. Please be sure to read the cancellation policy on the registration page.
